Maintenance

The maintenance of wireless networks can be divided into a number of facets. DAEL telecom has vast experience in a number of these areas:

24x7x365 Malfunction service
The service offered here by DAEL telecom consists of the repair of first line maintenance malfunctions in the set SLS of radio networks and mobile provider transmission networks. DAEL telecom can support service provider field service engineers, or can be approached to independently repair malfunctions.

Preventative maintenance
DAEL telecom performs preventative maintenance on hardware housed in technical areas and located on roofs and participates in its clients' maintenance programmes. DAEL telecom is also frequently approached by landlords to provide solutions to problems experienced with repeater stations on their property. DAEL is able to arrange the entire process, including providing a solution and communicating with the landlords.

Other emergency situationss
Besides malfunctions and preventative maintenance, many other unexpected situations requiring urgent solutions can arise. A chimney fitted with a repeater station could collapse, a storm could blow a critical microwave dish out of alignment or a special event (like a large concert) might need extra capacity. DAEL telecom is often called upon to provide assistance. These activities are major challenges to our team – issues must be resolved by finding creative solutions.
